I became a therapist to help people heal from their trauma and pursue a loving life. This calling initially led to me to minister to the homeless and meet with impoverished families in their homes. After that I spent roughly a decade doing cognitive behavioral therapy in traditional office environments. For the last three years, I have been taking a more relational approach to therapy and most of my sessions take place while walking along the Tennessee River and over the Walking Bridge. My specialties are men's issues such as loneliness, depression, anxiety, anger, and sexual struggles. I enjoy trail running, cooking pizzas in my homemade brick-wood oven, and spending time with my wife and three daughters.
